A structured, three-step approach to help patients stop smoking and gradually wean off nicotine dependence. The goal is to first stop smoking, then reduce nicotine use over time.
Use Lanavape when experiencing cravings to smoke (ad libitum). Aim to stop smoking by week 2. If a prescription is available, a higher concentration may be used for step 1.
Continue 20mg/ml at a reduced frequency. Approximately 1 pod per day. If still smoking or dual-using, refer to GP for further support.
